The Immune System Attacks the Wrong Cells

In my last essay I focused on how our legal system forces us to ignore observable reality.

My countryman Anton Stigermark put his finger on the mechanism in an essay on his Substack called “The Ideology’s Immune System”, and I will apply his framing to the trans question.

His original example is mass immigration. The introduction of multiculturalism and mass migration to Sweden was more of a revolution than regular politics. Our society is unrecognizable from one generation to the next, and yet the decent citizen is expected to accept its premises without question, even as the transformation reaches into every corner of daily life. Whoever declines to accept those premises is, by definition, a racist: someone acting from morally corrupt motives, and therefore someone nobody needs to listen to. The quality of the person’s arguments loses its meaning entirely.

It is the same logic that guards feminism and gender transition. Feminism is a dominant political current with enormous influence on our society, and it would be strange if people didn’t want to ask critical questions about it. Those questions are deflected through protective constructs, and one of them is the incel — a status you acquire simply by questioning the premises. The construct recasts everything you say as the bitterness of a small, resentful man, and from that moment your objections have no standing, however sound they are.
